Our Winter Wellness Workout is the best way to start your 2021. This event will teach you the best way to stay mentally and physically healthy. After all, you deserve it after the year that was 2020.
From the comfort of your own home, enjoy a beginners introduction to yoga, fitness and mental health.
Who are you?
An event run by 5 final year students, studying Business and Management. Mental health is something that isn't talked about enough, yet most people suffer in some form. We want to start that conversation.
What to expect:
- An hour long fitness session from several PT's specialising in strength and cardio.
- A 45 minute yoga/cool down session.
- Mental Health talk from Mind Charity.
- A personalised booklet for future use.
Where will the money go?
Initially, funds will be used to cover the small costs of the event. This will range from tech equipment and complimentary gifts.
Any remaining donations will be given to mental health charities.
- Tier One: £3 donation. This will include the google meets link to our event.
- Tier Two: £4 donation. This will include the google meets link to our event and an online copy of our personalised booklet.
- Tier Three: £6+ donation. This will include the google meets link to our event, a printed copy of the booklet hand delivered including a sports drink and protein bar.
