A 9-minute short film
We're raising money to complete a 9-minute short film about a hapless guy whose life goes horribly wrong after he smiles at a girl on the way to work. The film is being written, directed by, stars and is being shot by students across a wide variety of courses at Bath Spa University. With shooting dates in June 2018 and a premiere in Bath at the end of September, we plan to submit the film to festivals in the UK and internationally over the next year.
Who we are
We are students studying across a wide range of courses at Bath Spa University, including the BA Acting, BA Filmmaking, MA Scriptwriting and MA Producing courses.
Where will your money go?
You money will ensure the film is made. Our minimum spend goes on locations, prop and costume hire and to get the cast and crew on set and fed.
If we can reach our full target, we will be able to use a high quality camera that has been offered by ARRI Media but which requires a high level of insurance and support kit.
If we raise more than our target, we will actually be able to pay the actors and crew a small fee for their time.
